You can also use it for health records, setting goals and targets, and recording meetings involving parents, schools or agents.

Communications with or about the players can be done by creating lists for mail merge as well as being able to directly send out emails or text messages to groups of players. So for instance if the U14 training is cancelled at short notice, the best way to get in contact would be to select all the U14's and choose to send the one text message to them all.

Administration of staff is also managed in PlayerPro with full personnel details plus the ability to record their CRB checks and coaching qualifications. The whole process of renewal can often be an administrative nightmare, but PlayerPro can be set up to automatically alert you when a renewal is due for both CRB and any coaching qualification.

Finally the overall management of the Academy is enhanced through the knowledge that when it comes to the key decisions involved particularly with ‘retain and release' all the information is in PlayerPro.
